Welcome to my holistic health sanctuary! I’m Nazee, with the spiritual name as Satya Dhyan; a dedicated Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Life Coach, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. My personal journey through challenges like Hashimoto, and gut issues has motivated my passion for wellness. I believe peace starts with me, with you, and it can be spread one person at a time, and I believe that health haas so many aspects and so many ways in this world to achieve it and maintain it. In this space and time I’m excited and ready to share the transformative benefits of mindful nutrition, life style changes, and holistic practices with those who are dealing with any chronic, conditions, autoimmune diseases, or gut issues that prevent them to be fully themselves. As a life coach I can help you to discover your roadblocks, set goals, as a nutritional therapy practitioner I can help you to understand your body's unique needs, and start following protocols to achieve a better health condition, and as a yoga teacher I can guide you you to practice mindfulness, meditations, breathing techniques, and physical movements to enhance your journey to a better version of you and truly feel peace within. Together, we can elevate health and well-being through intentional and conscious choices that lead to significant changes in our life.

Peacefully Together is your online sanctuary offering expert Kundalini yoga teachings and nutritional therapy sessions. Our holistic wellness coach, Nazee( Satya Dayan) is dedicated to guiding you through online group classes, personalized one on one yoga lessons and nutritional guidance tailored to your unique needs. By focusing on breath work  and meditation, she encourages a harmonious lifestyle that restores balance and promotes inner peace.
